People often describe me as a servant leader, a title I embrace, though it wasn't my initial aim. Leadership comes naturally to me, and I find myself stepping into that role in every endeavor. My true passion lies in helping others. I thrive on making a positive impact in our community, playing a vital role in my clients' journeys as they achieve their real estate goals, and empowering agents to reach their full potential. There is nothing I enjoy more than celebrating other people’s success.
I started with Windermere in 2018. With a background in hospitality, fashion merchandising and management, I bring a guest-first mindset and an eye for aesthetics to all that I do. I believe that no detail should be overlooked, whether I’m showcasing properties or navigating contracts. I am a problem solver who thrives in complex, challenging situations and never gets rattled.
I have deep roots in the Eastside, having grown up on Lake Sammamish, and I now live nearby with my husband, Jeff, our two youngest daughters, Maizy and Lyric, and our three dogs, Layla, Darby, and Camby. In my downtime, I love staying active and engaged in our community. With a growth mindset, I’m always on the lookout for new knowledge and opportunities for personal development. I also enjoy cooking and cheering on my kids at their sporting events.
Meghan has been with Windermere Real Estate since 2018. This may have been her first job in an office setting and in a field that she knew nothing about at the time, but now she can’t imagine doing anything different. She has come to learn that the real estate industry is an ever-evolving machine that keeps each new day exciting and gives her plenty of time to use her love of creative problem solving.
Raised in Ellensburg, and a proud WSU grad (Go Cougs!), Meghan has called the Eastside home since 2015. She loves spending time with her husband and their two beautiful daughters, organizing, and any time spent on a beach.
